I am passionate about feeling my best and passing on what I discover to help others feel better than they have in awhile (or ever!) – because when we are feeling amazing we can make massive impact and contribute more joy to the world.

This could be in the form of a small tweak, like drinking more water, or a massive life change, like finding a new career path.

This is a cozy space for sharing what works for me in the hopes that it impacts one, or many, along the way.

The topics vary depending on what I’m curious about at the moment – fitness, recovery, nutrition, sleep, stress reduction, personal growth, and how we can all be kickass humans!
